Shipping information

For shipping outside of Sweden Coolcard mainly uses the Swedish postoffice (Postnord). Letter, tracked letter and package will all be sent via Postnord, details about Postnord can be found at Postens own webpage. 

For some European countries we can also offer DHL Parcel connect. You can find the parcel shop closest to you via this site: https://parcelshopfinder.dhlpa...The parcel is tracked.

We are can also offer other carriers for your international order, but most of these have rates sensitive to the size of the order. We will gladly look into other carriers if you have one in mind. If you have the possibility to order pick-up, we are of course happy to help. Most carriers are active in our area.
