Please note that some boxes / packs might have time-sensitive redemption cards. When the product gets older the producer might not redeem these. We at Coolcard will not be able to honor any redemptions, or help you redeem them if they are expired. For SHL sets, jersey cards and in some sets press plates are redemptions.

Damaged card policies varies from producer to producer, but in general, only damaged cards from products produced during the current season will be replaced by the producer. We at Coolcard will not be able to replace any damaged cards you receive in sealed product.
