Unfortunately, we do NOT expect to release these products online. Demand continues to be significantly higher than supply, which means we have to make some difficult choices.
We know that many customers do not have access to our physical stores. However, since these products sell out within seconds when released online, our assessment is that an online release would unfortunately lead to more frustration and disappointment than excitement.
By releasing the products in our physical stores instead, we can have more products available at each location and therefore give more customers who visit our stores a chance to purchase them – even though, unfortunately, we still expect the products to sell out relatively quickly in-store.
We have no products remaining from the first wave of products from this set, and we have no information about any possible future restock of these products.
Best regards, Team Coolcard and our stores
